Couple times I have bought PEEL cases for my devices and no problem here. Very smooth!

I was not sure how I ordered the wrong case for my phone, but when it arrive, I was so busy and did not even bother to check whether it was the right one or not. It was the second case that I had bought from PEEL and since the first one was right, never thought about checking it. When it was time to use it, I realized that it was smaller for my phone. I emailed the company, and after a few emails, I was told that they were going to send me a code and only pay for the shipping. I thought that was awesome!! Thanks

I’m a little peeved I ordered a case ahead of time and they failed to ship before the new 14 launched. Why make it available to purchase before a launch if they don’t even attempt to ship it before the release date. What a waste of time and money.

Late shipping so case not available when phone received. Also no shipment tracking through regular carriers and Forbes to download Shop app. Terrible experience.

Top of the Canadian site, said free shipping over 50 dollars. Bought a case for 54...charged 20 for shipping which will be 6-14 business days. Yikes.

29 euros for a case? Why did I pay 70 euros for one slim black case then? the receipt didn't even show taxes and other "included" payment and my money was just gone...
